With a cumulative of over 140 years of Management Experience, AIL has designed and implemented $26m Agribusiness Projects across Africa (Ghana, Liberia, Burkina Faso, Gambia, Senegal, South Africa, Zambia). It has  reached over 200,000 farmers, over 500 other value chain actors and facilitated trade over $41m. These projects have been designed to stimulate inclusive economic growth and poverty reduction in poor rural communities by improving access to productive infrastructure and services that are expected to lead to sustainable agricultural production and equitable returns.

Agri-Impact Makes Strong Impression at Global Sustainability Workshop, Secures Top Honours

Team Agri-Impact Limited made a strong impact at the 2026 Growth & Sustainability Workshop, winning four awards at the event held from 27th April to 1st May 2026 in Cape Town, South Africa.

The company received the Sustainability Excellence Award in the private sector category. Its Chief Finance Officer, Evelyn Denchern Braimah, was also honoured with three individual awards: Overall Best Global Sustainability Champion, Best Group Presentation Award, and the Contributions During the Workshop Award.

HAPPY Program Trains 13 Women in Mechanized Agriculture

Thirteen young women with limited prior exposure to agricultural mechanization have successfully completed an intensive training and internship program under the Diversified Women in Agriculture Occupations for Wealth (DiWAOW) initiative. 

The initiative forms part of the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) program, which is a partnership between the Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Limited and being implemented by an eight-member consortium which includes the Millennium Development Authority (MiDA).

I specialize in UAV operations for precision agriculture, including crop monitoring, field mapping, targeted spraying, and more. Beyond agriculture, I also undertake aerial surveys, infrastructure inspections, basic mapping, and geospatial data collection across various sectors.

Daniel Fahene Acquaye, has welcomed the government’s significant increase in budgetary allocation to the agriculture and agribusiness sectors from 0.5% of the national budget in 2025 to 5% in 2026, describing it as a bold step toward strengthening the sector.
