That's why we're thrilled to introduce the Harnessing Agricultural Productivity and Prosperity for Youth (HAPPY) Program designed to empower our youth and enable meaningful employment opportunities. HAPPY is a collaborative Program between the Mastercard Foundation and Agri-Impact Limited with 8 other Implementing Partners. With a focus on four unique value chains, we aim to uplift 326,000 young people, with 70% being women. Together, we'll build a brighter future for Ghana, one filled with growth, prosperity, and inclusivity.
