The concept of co-creation is a nascent model being adopted by several development organisation in recent times. This idea has informed the creation of consortium partners to implement agricultural projects. Each partner brings to bear their respective area of expertise to achieve the project goals. This model fosters teamwork, peer learning, partnerships and leveraging of resources.
Co-creation is deeply ingrained and practiced at Agri-Impact Limited. There are literally no barriers to the flow and sharing of information between top level management and officers. Internal ideation sessions are organised regularly to brainstorm and develop business models for proposal writing and project implementation. These sessions are collaborative and inclusive of all key staff. National Service personnel and Interns are treated as officers and are given opportunities and resources to work like permanent staff.
